Where did you study and what did you study?
I have a BSc in Marketing from the University of Cape Coast and a Diploma in Marketing from the University of Professional Studies (UPSA) in Ghana.
How would you describe yourself?
I can describe myself as a brilliant Salesperson with considerable years of experience. I have a broad knowledge of business development, particularly channel development. A good knowledge management system supported employee growth and development
What drives you?
To be the best! My ultimate goal is to be successful in everything I do. To be an achiever and able to develop to the highest level in my career.
What attracted you to Cellulant
I got attracted to Cellulant because it has the drive, passion and corporate culture for one to grow professionally and that resonated with me.

What do you do at Cellulant?
Business Development/Account manager where I get to acquire new merchants and ensure growth revenue from these accounts. I am also responsible for the day to day management of particular accounts such as Jumia ghana, Kikuu Ghana, Zen Petroleum etc
Who has been the biggest influence on your career and why?
My country manager Eric Kortey, because he is very meticulous with numbers, pays attention to details and is never an armchair manager and he has been a great motivation and influence on my career and my stay here at Cellulant.
What is something you wish you knew earlier in your life?
Nothing happens without a reason. Patience is all we need.
What would you say have been some of the most challenging moments for you?
When you put every effort to deliver but deals fall apart, this has never hindered my perseverance and progress in the daily work I do sales is results-oriented. No one appreciates your work until the results show. Sometimes, it’s challenging but I’ve come to understand you cannot win it all.
Which have been the most rewarding moments?
I have a couple of them. The most humbling one was when the company recognised me for my hard work and contribution after we had a successful campaign for one of our proximity pay merchants. That felt rewarding and it was also a proud moment for me.

What do you love most about working at Cellulant?
There is a lot I love about working in Cellulant but just to mention a few, Cellulant has a good working culture., and allows one to air their views which are often appreciated and acknowledged. Another thing to note about Cellulant is that you are allowed to be innovative.
