What has been the greatest challenge/learning opportunity about the job?

I normally say Cellulant is a business university, you never finish learning new stuff every day from your working environment. At the same time you have to divert the learnings into reality and archive your goals, so it’s like working and learning at the same time.

My Boss, Dimmy – Because working with him I get to learn a lot from him in and outside work life. He is a true definition of “Never settle for Less “

Cellulant has an open, conducive working environment because of its culture and the values it upholds. The company also gives growth opportunities given that the digital Marketing space is always evolving. That is why I love working here.

How do you want to be remembered?

I hope one-day Cellulant holds the majority share of payments providers in the Tanzania market, then I will sit down with my children and give them a testimony that I was among the early pioneers of making that possible.
