Abdul Wazir joined Cellulant in 2017 as a Customer Service Lead. He wanted to join Cellulant because he was interested in how the organization tries to bring financial solutions to marginalized SMEs and enterprises that for a long time were left behind without proper management of their business records. What makes him stand out is that he interacts easily with people, likes to accomplish tasks ahead of time, is self driven and is motivated by achieving targets.
Where did you study and what did you study?
“I hold a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Natural Resources Management from the University of Dar es Salaam complemented with several managerial courses conducted by SPANCO RAPs.”

“I am driven by reaching the best customer satisfaction level through dedicated quality service while ensuring optimum customer experience.”

What drove you towards customer experience?
“I began as a part time call center agent at Airtel Tz in 2009 and this is where I developed my passion in ticket resolution within stipulated SLAs for customers while serving them with high standards.”
Why are you moving from customer experience to sales?
“I am moving to sales because I would like to serve our customers much more closely through managing their life cycle at Cellulant. I am eager to disseminate our financial solutions and I have a need to see proper financial inclusion so that individuals, SMEs and corporate firms have access to useful and affordable Cellulant products and services that meet their expectations.”
What’s the one problem you are best at solving for your clients/customers/market?
“The one problem I am best at solving is closing tickets within advised SLAs. I am able to act promptly with the best solution and I always succeed in making an angry customer leave the conversation happy, satisfied and with a smiling face- Customer delight is my superpower!!”

Which have been the most rewarding moments?
