Ada describes herself as a strong, determined, and resilient woman. She is an experienced Legal and Compliance Manager in the Financial Services industry. At Cellulant, Ada manages legal and compliance functions in the Western African and Francophone regions. Her role involves the implementation of legal and compliance processes that relates to legal drafting, negotiations, regulatory engagement, coordination of Group Sanctions and policies, as well as defending the business interest in commercial contracts.
